IC card, as the computer in pocket is being applied in various fields. And it is supposed to have infinite usage. IC card is needed to enrich your life. I am pleased to invite you to the Inaugural General Meeting of Asia IC Card Forum, wishing more and more countries to join the Forum and act positive, obtain fruitful results. Please find the new stream of Asia IC Card. 　 Asia IC Card Forum is the organization that 4 IC card related corporations representing its own country of China, Japan, Korea and Singapore agreed to establish. And its goal is to secure the IC card interoperability which will be the key device to sustain IT society in the future, to advance the technology, and to establish the common platform. IC card is already diffused in Asian countries, but we can expect it more advanced by the cooperation of 4 countries. For this object, the Forum has the motto of One Card, One Asia on the Silk road, realized the cooperation of 4 countries. In accordance with this idea, IC Card Forum begins its activities as the 4 countries system but I want to let the countries agree to our goal in this Forum. I wish the activities of Asia IC Card Forum to be activated, and the primary object to be fulfilled. For this, we need your continuous guidance and encouragement.
